From the moment I first started to practice, my goal was to provide the highest quality professional legal services for the benefit of our clients.
I am proud to say that we achieve that goal on a daily basis.
The firm’s primary practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions and ancillary matters. Our firm handles all real estate transactional matters and the closing process from contract to closing and all of the work and details that accompanies the process.
No transaction is too big or too small for our office.
We have represented the young couple purchasing their first home as well as the institutional shopping center purchaser acquiring a portfolio of properties for hundreds of millions of dollars.
Many of our clients have been with the firm more than 20 years, a clear confirmation that we accomplish our mission statement on a daily basis.
I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University Miami in 1983 as well as a Masters in Taxation (L.L.M.) in 1984.
The firm relocated to its current office from Bay Harbor Islands on January 1, 1994.
On a personal and professional basis, I have focused on commercial transactions, particularly the purchase, sale and financing of commercial strip shopping centers and multifamily projects in Florida, Georgia, New York and Texas.
I have served as corporate secretary for Equity One, Inc., from 1994 through 2001 and assisted in the initial public offering of the company on the New York Stock Exchange in 1998.
Alise Weinstein has been with the firm since 2003 and is our senior residential closing attorney.
For more than 20 years, I have been practicing real estate transactional law in South Florida. A North Carolina native, I received a B.A. in English from The George Washington University in 1988 and my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992.
The focus of my practice at the firm is residential real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, lenders and developers in all aspects of the closing process. This includes not only title examination and review, contract negotiations, and documentation preparation, but insuring that in each transaction, our clients are informed, guided and have a pleasant closing experience.
Although my job requires me to handle the technicalities of each closing, I really enjoy getting to know the people involved, making myself available to answer any questions, and to make sure all phone calls and emails are promptly returned at the end of each day.
Florina Reznik, has been an associate at the firm since October, 2014 and her focus is in commercial transactional matters.

Jinny Donoso is the firm’s senior residential transaction processor, and has been with the firm since June, 2002.
I am in charge of all the residential files and my responsibility is to process the file completely for attorney review and closing. It is a very important and delicate task because it requires obtaining all the information for each transaction and making sure everything is clear for an efficient and smooth closing. Some of my duties include clearing title requirements, preparing closing documents and closing statements.
I am happy to say that I have been part of this amazing office since June, 2002. My co-workers are great to work with and make it a comfortable atmosphere to be in on a daily basis. It is always a pleasure to hear that our clients are satisfied after a transaction and especially when they return to our office for another purchase or sale. I am proud that our office works as a team for our clients’ ultimate goal.
Gina Nason is a Florida registered paralegal and has been with the firm since March, 2006.
I received my B.A. in Business Administration from Florida International University in 2010.
I work alongside with the attorneys helping primarily with commercial real estate transactions. I am responsible for the preparation of the necessary documentation to close a transaction. My other duties can include distributing real estate documents, preparing closing statements, conducting research to satisfy title requirements and lien search problems. I am also accountable for recording all the necessary real estate documentation after the closing.
On a personal note, working for this firm is a continuing learning experience. Not only do I work with people that I consider family, but every day there is something new to learn, the main one being watching our attorneys make crucial legal decisions that affect the course of the real estate negotiation and closing process. Our firm prides itself in providing excellent and professional services.
